As a National Guild of Hypnotists Certified Consulting Hypnotist,  I provide professional life changing services. With a combination of skilled training, life experience, and years of personal growth and development, I know how to help you.

For years I have been interested in and have studied hypnosis as well as other alternative methods. This has all been in effort to find optimal mind/body balance. Since I was a child, my passion and greatest reward has been found in helping others.

Throughout my life, I have been collecting experiences in a variety of fields relating to health & wellness, including years as a fitness instructor.  This has better positioned me to enable others in becoming healthier: mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I am a  certified consulting hypnotist, community health worker, and a Reiki-certified practitioner with a diploma in Public Health & Preventive Medicine. With my comprehensive knowledge and strong intuition, I can help you achieving the change you desire.
